A good leader has an ideal character and is enthusiastic in his work. He is confident. In order to lead and set direction, a leader needs to appear confident as a person and in the leadership role. He must be tolerant and remain calm, serene and steadfast to the main purpose. Storms, emotions, and crises come and go, a good leader takes all these as part of the journey and keeps cool headed. He always thinks logically and is dedicated to excellence. We conducted the “Investiture Ceremony” and assigned charges to the new leaders of the current academic year.
